We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to play an integral role in advanced periodontal and implant surgical procedures.
This position goes far beyond routine hygiene. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in:
Reviewing and evaluating medical histories
Administering local anesthesia (permit required)
Assisting in all phases of periodontal and implant treatment
Supporting procedures including LANAP, guided implant surgery, PST (Pinhole Surgical Technique) soft tissue grafting, and autogenous subepithelial connective tissue graft surgeries

Qualifications:
Local anesthetic permit is required
A few years of clinical experience preferred
Strong examination and radiographic technique skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Confident, adaptable, and a true team player
Outgoing personality with the ability to work well with multiple personalities

Working Environment & Physical Requirements
This is a clinical working environment where potential exposure to hazardous waste and blood-borne pathogens is possible. Requires prolonged periods of standing, sitting, leaning, and bending up to 8 hours a day. Will be required to carry, transport, and use tools and equipment. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
